Author Information
Author: James T. Harward, M.A., B.S.N., B.A.
After experiencing an episode of acute depression, Mr. Harward entered the field of Psychiatric Nursing and adopted depression as a personal specialty. In the late 1990's he began formulating ideas that would ensure sufferers of depression, their family members, and the general public a full understanding of this dreadful illness and what might be done to help prevent it from recurring. What has resulted is this two-phase program designed to progressively impart the truth-based perspective Mr. Harward himself has acquired--a perspective that has kept him free of depression for over 30 years.
