Warm Horizon Chapter One
The information in all five sections of this initial chapter is for the most part introductory. Thus, in all sections the content serves to fully acquaint the reader with the nature and substance of the publication, as well as to begin the process of informing her/him of the author's perspective and background experiences. This chapter essentially serves as an invitation to those who are both interested in, and committed to, dealing with recurrent and/or longstanding depression.
